That's what I like to see - a comic book labelled 'for children' with the story title 'Torture' and a woman being burned at the stake - just as well Wertham wasn't around.

Good jungle fun with an attractive evil princess toting a Bren sub-machine gun and some decent gung-ho!

That fire is some considerable distance away from the woman tied to the stake. She also doesn't look particularly concerned about her predicament Maybe they are having a party and she is the guest of honor?

On the second page they show this to be a fiendish slow torture device. The fire is on a sledge that is slowly  drawn towards the victim by ropes.
