I think European comics, particularly French and in particular EUROPE comics, are doing some of the best work around right now.
I will definitely check that one out.

The best US publisher right now, for my money is BOOM!
'Once and Future'  I have recommended before. Sold out its frist printing. First Arc [ 12 issues] Now available as a collection.   
Among others they have,
An ongoing Firefly series
A Slaughterhouse five graphic novel
DUNE: HOUSE ATREIDES #1
A 'The Expanse' series.
'We only find them when they're dead' - Which by the way sold out its first printing. Is now on its forth print run.
And many more.
My find of the week is a graphic novel published by Boom under the ARCHAIA imprint,
Cow Boy - A boy and his horse. by Nate Cosby and Chris Elipoulos. 2015.  It is an on-going story and I don't know if there was a sequel. It is simply delightful.

I looked up a review of "We only find them when they are dead" which claimed it was an original concept. Fact is its been used in Dr Who and in "Guardians of the Galaxy".
Still it sounds cool as it gets, I'd like to read it.
