I’ve never heard of Kurt Caesar and Frank Fermonetti before, but I’m glad to have seen their art. They’re arguably as good as the other artists for this issue.

Some years ago I gathered what info I could find about Caesar into a pair of blog posts. If you're interested they're still out there:
