Rich colors and superlative character and page design. Sparkling action and expressions. Delightful and painterly.

That's no accident, as great ex and future Disney animator, Ken Hultgren, drew the cover, and the two best stories, and all the rest were also drawn by great Disney and WB funny animal animators, Jim Davis, Jack Bradbury, Al Hubbard, Bob Wickersham, and Dan Gordon!  And several of those stories were written by the great Disney writers, Hubie Karp, and Don R. Christensen.
