I've been trying to download comics from this site for months and I've been able to do so. I have tried refreshing, he the back button on the page and clicking on the download link very fast. I've also tried one or two other ideas suggested by the moderators and administrator. Nothing has worked. I also cannot log on, which may be compounding the problem. My computer is working fine. I do not understand what is wrong. Perhaps for some reason I cannot download because I am unable to log on. this must be a technical problem because I use the same password and user name for both the forms and the site. I truly wish to enjoy all of the new and wonderful things that have been put on this site since I was unable to download. I appreciate your concern, thank you!

Everything looks OK from this end you show bandwidth and files available. Need to PM Janus as the only admin who can look into log in problems

Yoc always advised clearing your cookies. I have no other ideas

Don't want to cause any problems considering all that's been going on but I don't know how much longer to wait. The download site doesn't recognise my password and tells me it doesn't match that on the records. Obviously the password is recognised on the forum cos I'm on. I'm curious to know what the problem might be and if it can be fixed. Sorry if I'm being troublesome but, HELP, please.

I've just discovered I can log into the download side using Opera. Success. On Firefox, site still doesn't accept my password. I'm happy as long as I can get on somehow

I am glad you got on...but what an odd problem. Is there a setting in your Firefox that blocked your access to the site? Firefox privacy/security settings can be as challenging as Facebook.

Don't really know. I can log on to the forum using Firefox. I've had a check through settings and preferences - don't see anything untoward. I'll keep at it.

Probably something to do with cookies. Try Chrome fresh to establish a brand new cookie

I'm having the same problem mentioned above by someone.. my forum account is fine, but the download site doesn't recognise me.. I'm going to try Opera as they said that worked for them...*sighs*

I just signed up, but am not able to download. My CP shows 0 bandwidth - is this because I'm new? What do I need to do to be able to download?

First off thanks so much to everyone responsible for this great site and resource. I can't believe I havent heard of it before!

I've just signed up and having a similar problem as above, my CP says I have no bandwith. Do I have to answer the three pythonesque questions? If so:
