This "re-fixed" version still has an error. There is an extra scan of Page 5 of The "Kitty & Bob" story stuck after Page 1 of The "Daffy Dragon" story, where Page 2 should be, and follows the misplaced (extra) page. So, the extra page should just be removed. It takes the place of a missing text story page. The Kitty & Bob story also has its own Page 5.

Wow!  What a state this book was in.  I did very little to it, apart from take out the Mac file. Fortunately, our pal, Dave Hayward stepped in to replace the missing page inserts with jpgs.  I haven'read the book yet.  It'll take me a while to get round tofixing the page order. We'll get there.
