Hi,  I recently tried my first comic upload to this site.

It was  Popular Comics #12 by Dell  (a fiche scan).
I had just finished reading how to upload using the main page upload
link.  But could not get the category record to work.  After uploading, I got the upload confirmation page
which said my file had been recieved.
   
I had read the '13 Step Upload Tutorial' which indicated that non-VIPs could now use the main page upload link.   However this topic page says that the upload link is for VIPs.    Since I do not have VIP status, can someone clarify for me ?    Should I wait to upload more ? 

I assume its going to awhile to get to ny upload for  review and approved ?

A mod will get your book up in short order.    If you want VIP status, be sure to send Janus a note with the info on your scan contribution and he will take care of that.

deni, did you click "Confirm" after you uploaded it? I don't see it waiting for approval.

Hi, Astaldo,

    I have tried uploading file again.    Pressed confirm: received message page  "Information: Thank you for adding this new file to our database.  The Admin has required that files be approved before the are added, etc."
    This time I gave the download location all the way to highlighting the file to be downloaded,  last time I just went to the folder on my computer the file was located in.    I hope it works this time.
