First off, I apologize to you that you are having issues surrounding the site. I am positive that we can resolve your issues shortly.

Secondly, I have reset your download bandwidth. You should now be able to download.

Now, we will need to know the nature of the three donations you want credit for. When did you made them? How? Amount? Did you send it through Paypal? If so, then which GAC address did you specify the donations to go to? Only donations directed to: donate@goldenagecomics.co.uk go directly to this site. Any other address is not credited. Did you send our site owner "Janus of Latium", or a moderator, a personal message after making your donations requesting an upgrade to VIP status?

You might want to communicate with me through a 'personal message' (a pm) or in this thread if you wish, but worry not, your issues can be resolved.
