I just signed up new.  Great site but can't get download started.  CP says limit used.  Support appreciated.

Yes, as a new account you cannot instantly download. Such accounts are screened for spam (you would not believe the spam that attempts to show up and mimic normal users such as yourself) then input into the system by staff. The process is usually 6 hours max and often occurs within 15 minutes depending on who is awake. One way to speed things up is to post a simple introduction in the appropriate section of the forum.
