Should be interesting.
« on: May 02, 2010, 04:39:24 PM »

Greetings everyone. I hope that someday I can be useful for this site either by hunting down a random public domain comic or two or donations sometime. This site has my utmost respect for keeping these old comics alive for future generations, and I frequently try to show my friends the fun of golden age comics.

As for a bit about myself, well, I can't recall much about how exactly I got started but I do know that after I began to find golden age comics, I collected as many as I could. Site(s) called Pure Excitement Comics had a fun collection of old superheroes that I really was amused by and even saved all the comics from there just in case the place died. After that, I heard that Superman had a radio program years ago, so I also got into old time radio as well. The sheer amount of content out there for old time radio and here is incredible.

I may not have a whole lot to say, never had good experiences with forums, but I've been meaning to join here for a long time and I finally decided to do it.

Thanks for all your hard work and dedication everyone.

Welcome to the site!  ;D

Actually, Bill Nolan of Pure Entertainment is a member here and pops up sometimes, so you are among golden age comics enthusiasts.

Jump in and contribute to the various conversations. Feel free to tell us what you are reading even if it is not golden age related.

If you need anything post or send me a 'personal message' (pm).

Again, welcome!  ;D

Xer you will find this site's forums known to be the friendliest. Any problems and me or Boox or Astaldo will boot the troublemakers to the curb  :P Have not had to do that to anyone but spammers though because the people here are pretty cool
