Again, I don't believe Harry Anderson inked his own pencils here. As evidence I suggest comparing our page 20 in the present issue, a good collection of medium shot and closeups, to our page 30 of Orbit's "Wanted Comics," which Anderson definitely inked:

Both pages were published in late 1951. Anderson's inking was heavy on pen work and detail. The T-Man inks are mostly brushwork using thick, untextured strokes.
