Interesting observations, but I have no idea what your point - or your opinion on this - is.
You haven't stated it.
[the usual parade of invitation to sadistic perversion, race hatred and violence for violence's sake.]
Just a cursory read of the story makes it clear what nonsense this is.
[One story concludes with a close-up of a fist holding a gun and these words: "A gentle squeeze of the trigger and the last breath of life will be squeezed out of Nyoka! Read on for Part Three of The Treasure of the Tiger's Paw." ] That's not a conclusion, that's a come-on for the next chapter. Every kid who went to the movies at that time and watched the current episode of a serial or who listened to the radio for the serials, (and that would be most of them) heard the equivalent every night.
Given that Fredric Wertham took on comics with this obvious nonsense and not radio or movies, one wonders if perhaps someone was behind him who wanted to destroy certain publishers?
