The art in the initial story "The Puritan Village" attributed to the studio nom de plume William Erwin Maxwell, appears upon close inspection to be a hodgepodge of artists. The backgrounds and breakdowns indicate Lou Fine's work and some of the characters reveal Paul Gustavson's handiwork. I don't see any of Eisner in this piece but there's someone with a rather crude and generic style that also contributed.
