Comments on each idea:-
1/ Concerts at home. That's a projector and making and viewing movies at home started at least in the 1940's I believe.
2/ Flying Machines. They didn't envision the Jumbo jet but the prophecy was right.
3/ City improvements up to date. Ah,no!
4/ Aerial navigation. Not seriously with balloons.
5/ Summer excursions to the North Pole?
All year round actually.
6/ Cruisers evading an enemy. Makes no sense.
7/ Rainmaking Machines. Note that this is a cannon. It was observed in earlier centuries that on battlefields, where a large quantity of gunpowder was exploded, it would usually rain soon after. So it became not uncommon to hire 'rainmakers' to fire off many cannon near your town to make it rain.
8/ Submarine excursions. Yes this happoens in tropical waters where the water is clear and there is something to see. Like the Great Barrier Reef.
9/ Roofed cities. Nope, but hey aren't Malls the equivalent?
10 Moving sidewalks. You find them in some airports and tube stations where it is necessary to process a lot of people quickly.
In medieval times there were shops built into and on Bridges.
11/Walking on water. mostly no!
12/ New uses for Rotenlgen Rays. [X-rays?]
not possible I think.
