I have read that Able Manufacturing had nothing to do with comic book production, and had no publishing staff. Harvey Comics, needing the extra paper quota, due to WWII paper restrictions, provided the executive editing staff and functions for this series. The artwork was done by Harvey's regular packaging studio that they used for the current Harvey Comics issues from 1944 through 1946 in their "Family Comics" line, which I believe was Chesler, starting in 1944, with Sooper-Dooper1.
