The front cover by Simon and Kirby is iconic, but unfortunately the story it refers to ('The Thirteenth Floor') is not by them. The Simon and Kirby story which this issue does contain is called 'The Girl Who Walked On Water'. It may not be one of their all-time greats, but it is certainly efficient enough, and the character of Anna Marie Kunowski does give it quite a touching emotional quality - not unlike a romance story. It is also beautifully drawn and coloured. A single panel from it features one of those classic Kirby underwater scenes, complete with the exaggerated bubbles and burgeoning underwater plant life.
