We try to make this a welcoming place. We pride ourselves on addressing member concerns and take action as quickly as possible. In your case, we even provided a link in the upper blue bar which reads: "READ -->HERE'S WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO TO START DOWNLOADING!"  ... from there the links points to a number of options:

Some read the GAC F.A.Q., other click on the: "HERE'S WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO TO START DOWNLOADING!" post is located at: http://goldenagecomics.co.uk/forum/index.php/topic,2234.msg25664.html#msg25664  -- which clearly explains why new and established members are not able to download in specific situations. If you had read the post, you would see in part: "2) If you have not used your GAC-UK account for a while and find that you can no longer download, please post here in the thread that you need a moderator to 'reset your downloads' (i.e., dial in download data so that you can once again begin downloading)."

Again, this is part of our effort to make this a welcoming place that members eagerly participate in. It is not perfect obviously, but we try to put ourselves in the shoes of those that use this forum and attempt to provide solutions while we await site upgrades.

All the above said, I am setting you up for downloading. We ask that you please please please download one file at a time.

My results are sporatic for downloads.
Some seem to work fine.
Others give me a message

I finally got it to work.
Appears to be as simple a thing as my taking too long to hit the download button
