Thanks for uploading!
Does this issue have the Black Cat or is it strictly a horror comic?

There is some misleading. Is Black Cat Mystery Comics  different from Black Cat comics
or are they the same series?

Black Cat Comics ran from 01-29, then changed name to Black Cat Mystery Comics with issue 30...  Black Cat's only appearance was on the cover to issue 30, then she wasn't seen again until issue 54 (the last pre-code book)...  after this, the title reverted to a mix of Black Cat stories and mild suspense, ala early Silver Age mysteries...  So, technically, I don't think Black Cat Mystery Comics 31-53 would fall under a copyright based on the Black Cat name or character, but if it was a blanket renewal for the whole series, that makes it a bit of a moot point.
