Resetting Bandwidth

Is it possible to reset my bandwidth?  When I look at the user CP chart it says that I have 0 days, hours, and minutes before I can download again, so I'm guessing there is some kind of error.  I had to change my password as well, just to gte back to the site.

My user CP chart it says that I have 0 days, hours, and minutes before I can download again.  Can this be reset?  Can it be set to automatically reset after a certain number of days?  Thanks.
