Been here for some time, but still haven introduced myself.
Well, finally I'm doing it (* patting myself on my shoulder for finally taking the step* )
I'm "alfje" from a ( very) tiny village in the backwoods of the Netherlands.
Came on this site by accident because I was looking for something for another hobby of mine.
I seem to like old things (I'm married, so: sorry husband, wasn't talking about you
) because I also collect things like the music from Edison phonographs etc.
In my youth I've collected all comics, but when you get older you realize it's way too much.
So I've set a line. Perhaps my line seems like a bit gaga for some of you.
Whenever I can download or buy a comic, I (after reading it) is trying to determine the cars marks and models that are drawn.
Reading most of the time is a "quicky" but the hunt for "what car is that" can take a very long time.
The 'hunt' is most of the fun in this process. When I've figured out what car it is, I quickly move on.
This means I hardly ever download a comic here.
Downloading may take a few minutes, but the fun afterwards may take months.
So, not intentionally........ but sometimes I feel there a nutcase amongst you >>>>>>> me.
Alas I've no PD comics to share (yet) so I can give something back.
