Looked all over but didn't find the answer to this: What exactly is the download limit per day?

AFAIK, you should download max. 1 file a day

It's okay to download more than one file a day but we do ask that you not download more than one file at a time.

I've been locked out for a couple days (bandwidth exceeded) - any chance I can get a reset please?
