I have had error messages for the following downloads:

Tales of Horror #3, #7
Weird Horrors #2, #7, #8
Weird Terror #7
Tormented #2
Adventures Into the Unknown #59

What kind of error message did you get?
I've tried a few and would be able to download them without getting an error message.

I went through your list and was able to download them all. 
The only one I had any trouble with at all was Tales of Horror #7 which gave me the error message the first time I tried it but when I went back and tried it a second time it worked fine.

The files for Battle Attack #7 and Strange #4 appear to be corrupt.

If I'm not mistaken I think that those were a couple of "test" files recently entered related to the rebuilding of the site.
