Yes it really is the rare gem.  I paid $14 for it missing cover, first outerfold and centerfold.  But here it is for all to enjoy in my ftp.

Thanks narfstar, l seem to have a problem though, this is the 52 page Lucky 7 done by Howard publishing or is it a bigger comic that l missed. It is 217Mb, how does a 52 page comic get so big?

Edit - l have not got the bandwidth to spare to downloading it, but l downloaded enough to see that each page is over 5Mb, you will need to edit your scan narfstar, it is unreasonable to expect people to download something that big. If it had more pages it would be OK, but it seems to be only a normal size comic.

Hi Narf,
thanks for the scans.  Wow, those ARE big scans!
I used Irfranview to reduce the page sizes to 1500 pixels high and saved them at 92% which gave me a final book size of 33mb.  I also added front and rear covers found on Heritage.
I've uploaded my version into your folder as
"Lucky7 #1 [1945] [1-shot]-42pg only-Narfstar.cbz"
if you'd like to see it.  I think the book is a more manageable size now.

I scanned it after school on my classroom scanner at 300 dpi.  I did not notice how big it was until it took so long to upload.  Sorry for the size I did not have infranview on my classroom computer to shrink it.
Interesting thing about the cover.  Someone goofed.  The cover for Lucky 7 contains mention of the characters from Witty Comics #2 while the cover from Witty Comics #2 is from the splash page of Argus Inc in Lucky 7.  Someone goofed

Thanks for the scan, Narf, I'd never heard of this comic before.  I liked "The Winged Warriors" and was happy to discover a character named "Dash Darwin".

Hmm.  It took me 30min to download it on high-speed cable.  I'm not sure many others would want to try.  I'd suggest deleting it.
