:) Hi, everyone! I'm having trouble getting anything to download......been getting this message:

errr...I haven't actually downloaded ANY comic yet (new user)...I'm wondering if there's some step I'm missing? Much thanks in advance! (Unless you pummel me noggin, of course) :D
