I think it is cool that Marvel is reviving an old school villain but I really am not much of a fan of the new Marvel stuff.  Its kind of ironic, when I was a kid back in the 70's I was a big Marvel fan.  I recently have gotten back into comics and have not really found any of the new Marvel stuff much to my liking.

They canceled my one Marvel the Avengers Academy to kill characters off in an Arena. Is it any wonder I don't read any new Marvel comics

My 15 year old son was reading some of the Marvel titles over the last year but he gave them all up.  His biggest complaint was that he found the writing just was not as good as compared to some of the New 52 DC stuff he has been reading.  I would tend to agree with him on that point.
