It seems like Magno and Davey rarely fought any villain but the Clown, an obvious Joker imitation.

Black Hood's nemesis the Skull (who slightly resembled the Clown) was overused too.

Rogues galleries and super villains in general were not as ubiquitous in the GA as they were in the SA. I think the Clown was overused but he must have been popular.
