Narf, I've tweaked your listings for these to mention the Wolverton content.
I'm sure the download number will get a bump knowing this info.

Anyone uploading books - please mention when someone or something special is in them to encourage readers to give them a try. I'm not a western fan beyond ME's Ghost Rider and wouldn't have downloaded these if Eric hadn't mentioned Wolverton.

So my thanks to Narfstar for the scans and Eric for getting me to download them.

I guess that I was too familiar with this book and thought everyone knew BBB by Wolverton was in them. I would like to see a BBB archive after we get all of them.

But be warned, I'm already committed to two more volumes of Phantom Lady and another 'mystery character' with my usual writing partner Phabox.
And I have a personal ambition to see a YellowJacket Collection done as well!

Looks like it starts at 16 and stops at 27 or 28. I have 27 next in my scan pile. 28 is not yet indexed so do not know if it has BBB but 29 does not. Stories are only 3 pages each.

Overstreet shows 28 as being the last Wolverton issue. If I recall correctly, most if not all the Black Diamond Westerns were on JVJ's list, so with any luck we'll see the full run before too long.

Adventures in Jet Power is another GE adventure series book. Teen Town Comics is a Canadian remaindered copy of Bee-29 or Latest Comics cover to cover. Notice how some of the ads have no coupons printed.

Hey Jim... thanks for sharing Teen Town... from what I can see, it's not a remainder (where the original cover is ripped off and a new cover applied), it's a reprinting from the original plates... but the Canadian publisher intentionally damaged or blanked out parts of the plates so the coupons wouldn't print. I notice one page still has the info from the red plate on the bottom of the page, but the black plate with most of the info is gone. I've seen a few Canadian reprints like this. Do you mind if I update your index at the GCD? (Still don't know what it is a reprint of, though)

While teaching at my former school some computer nerds wanted to start a club.

I suggested the Nebulous Abstract Reality Federation because "we are out there"
and that was the official name of the club. Unofficially it was referred to as Nerds Are Really Fun. We all had nifty names like The Warlord of Narf, my son was The Scepter of Narf and I was the Elder of Narf. My screen name however was narfstar and thus a legend was born. We actually gained membership online across the country and world back in the BBS days. narf
