The stories in Green Hornet #10 are classic pulp era revenge and surprise stories. I even enjoy the supporting characters like Spirit of '76 and the Blonde Bomber. What is amazing about this issue is how much definition has been lost with Kirby and Simon not working on the book. The inking style in particular seems much lighter and the colors seem brighter, making the book feel more juvenile than the earlier volumes. What an interesting comparison you've provided for us.
