Just got a look at this one - WOW, some nice work in here.
The first story struck me as Lily Renee - Rio style but it's listed as Leonard Starr on GCD.
Similar styles I guess.

The last story by Warren King has some cool page layouts and lovely GGA as well.

Cimm is one of the best scanners going; willing to spend top dollar and a LOT of time to produce the best possible scans.  And he's got a nice eye for finding books I've never heard of too. 
Reminds me of yourself.
