The Captain Marvel/Spy Smasher crossover that started with Whiz Comics # 15 reaches a satisfying conclusion in this issue. No explanation is given for how Billy/Cap knows Spy Smasher is Alan Armstrong. I guess being under the same comics company contracted, they're obligated to know each others' secret identities.
