Not just helpful, more like invaluable.  Thanks Neil.  That certainly explains the cover.  And perhaps the interiors were traced for b&w printing.  It suggests that other Aus. reprints might also have been done like this - not only a few "horror" titles.  I have seen an Aus. version of Manhunter which might also have been done in this way.  Not mine, so I don't know if I will be able to get hold of it again.
It's a bit much, though,  for Jayar to suggest that the comic was drawn in Australia. This is an inversion of the habit of the times in UK, Aus. etc. of trying to make a local comic seem American.  Here we have a reprint American comic suggesting it is Australian.
