I do not know the artist but agree it is good. Many of the top artists worked on promotional comics and, from what I have read, it paid very well.

According to the Who's Who, it's Carl Fallberg.
ETA:  My mistake, Fallberg is the writer.  If it's the same team as Reddy Goose, the artist should be Pete Alvarado.
