What's the status on the Invisible Scarlet O'Neil series published by Harvey?  I have a scan of issue #2 and I'd be happy to share it, but there were two other issues and I'd like to track down scans of them.

I know there is currently a revival of the character, with a new graphic novel in the works, but that doesn't mean the original stuff isn't public domain.

We already have issues 2 and 3 on the site, in the unsorted Harvey section.  If I understand the situation correctly, the Famous Funnies stories would be public domain as well but we don't post those issues because other features (mainly Buck Rogers) are not.

No renewals can be found for the copyright so we would assume they are public domain, any GA Invisible Scarlet O'Neil would be fine to upload.
