Although the GCD tentatively credits the Shock Gibson story to Joe Kubert, a little detective work -- in this case, reading the signature "Sam Glanz" on the right-hand side of the splash -- suggests that it might be Sam Glanzman. The style is closer to Glanzman than to Kubert, too, at least at this stage of both of their developments.
