   By Superman
The cover art is stiff, isn't great, and isn't Lou Fine, but Lou Fine's art on the Ray comic book story inside is classic! I like pretty much all the Quality costumed hero / anthology comics, and tried to collect Smash Comics, Police Comics, and Crack Comics back in the 1970s. Thanks for making available as scans all these comics I couldn't afford to buy then and can afford to buy even less now. I prefer the digital scans to decaying pulp paper anyway.

There's no way Gill Fox drew the Ray. This almost looks like Frazetta.
