This is truly a LANDMARK Issue-The BLACKHAWKS reached their 50th issue and introduced their arch-enemy, KILLER SHARK, who was destined to reappear often, even toting along a Queen! The icing on the Anniversary Cake is the art of the legendary Reed Crandall. As we know, DC has a habit of killing off and reviving its heroes, changing their origins at the drop of a hat. The Origins Page is notable as the intent of the creators for their characters at this notable point of time.
