Original text may say "Knockout by C. L. C., Inc 276 West 43rd Street, NYC, publisher Bernard Bailey (sic)." Compare with Latest Comics #2. Inside material appears to have been prepared for an issue of R. B. Leffingwell's Jeep Comics, as most of the features are the same. Other versions exist with different overprints. "Jubilee" and "Great Barrel of Fun" have been noted. Still other versions exist with different interiors which have their own GCD records.
