Reginald Browne was one of many pen-names of Edwy Searles Brooks, author of the St Frank's School Stories in Nelson Lee Library. This story is a re-write of one in NLL 2nd. series, #35. Good stuff and a must for completists. Published by the prolific, fallen flag co., Gerald G. Swan, and we have some of that companies comics on CB+.
