Check out the fan art page--an airplane drawing was sent in by Gaspar Saladino of Brooklyn, NY. Based on his Wikipedia bio Saladino would have been between 11 and 13 years old. It wouldn't be long before he was working in the Jacquet shop and learning to be one of the kings of comics lettering.

I really liked the Arrow a lot. There is something interesting about Centaur Publications, I can't quite put my finger on what it is though.
