Hey look! https://www.findagrave.com/memorial/100919845/douglas-richard-abbott I believe thus is the Douglas Richard Abbott of Oxford MD who accompanied Blue Beetle, Professor Snowy & Joan Mason to the world of 100,000 years ago (Page 22 of 34). They met English speaking cave-men & a "tyrannosaurus" that looks more like a brontosaurus than anything else.

And here’s Virginia Belle Chenoweth (1931-2011) from the same story: https://www.ancestry.com/genealogy/records/virginia-belle-chinoweth-24-dztjb7

Here is another one for QQ's list of lady reporters, Joan Mason- reporter - in her own strip. And believe it or don't, she works for 'the Daily Planet'! Cheers!

NotesArt identification based on Stoner’s signed covers for The Funnies #56 (June, 1941) and Blackstone Master Magician Comics #2 (May, 1946). Similarities include muscular protagonists with big dimples and wide smiles showing teeth. Stoner also tends to draw women with long hair that rolls up at the bottom and having their eyes squint slightly more than the men’s.
