The third story ("The Martin Brothers") is another of those comic book stories that has WAY too much dialogue. Look at the first three pages especially: the dialogue balloons are literally 60-80% of each panel! |

I'm surprised to see George Tuska drawing the lead story. Star Comics usually feature art by mostly anonymous second-string artists. Come to think of it, both the first two stories have a distinct Lev Gleason look to them, down to the balloons and lettering. |

@dwilt Some of the text in Star’s romance comics can get pretty cluttered as well due to the choice of a lot of narration in addition to a lot of dialogue, perhaps either due to lacking editing or writers getting paid more the the more words they write. |
