Is the artwork in this book ever awful!! You'd never know the Gleason books would come to feature greats like George Tuska, Dan Barry, Bob Fujitani, Fred Kida, etc. etc. The splash page of the Rudy Palais story shows a strong Eisner influence, not something I remember seeing in Palais' work.
