NotesPart of a 3 issue series from 1959, all 68 page pocket size according to the British guide, which is odd as this is #4. It is suggested these are American reprints. In the middle of the comic there is a copyright Mick Anglo insert.
If anyone can identify the art, that would be excellent.
Starman suggests this is a reprint of "a spanish issue of Hazañas Belicas by Boixcar, may be n°64 "Fuego en Indochina"

In my humble opinion the source for this story is (non-English-speaking) European. My reasoning is: (1) Story is too long for US comics, but similar to digest/pocket library-size comics from France and Italy. (2) US comics almost never mentioned the Vietnam war before the American intervention, and wouldn't have made French and Vietnamese persons the heroes. (3) The amateurish lettering is typical of low-rent British translations of foreign-language material; if the original were in English the publisher would have kept the original lettering, which was bound to be better than this. (4) The final caption suggests it's a good thing the Vietnamese kicked out the French! Definitely not US thinking. I don't recognize the artist, but he's pretty good and delivers nice Sickles/Caniff-style backgrounds.

Seems to be a translation of a spanish issue of Hazañas Belicas by Boixcar, may be n°64 "Fuego en Indochina"
