This "Black Cat" doesn't appear to be Harvey Comics; the copyright notice says it's "Home Comics" and is a horror comic, not the usual "Black Cat" comic!
   By The Australian Panther
You will notice down the left hand side it says, Black Cat Mystery. This is what happened to the book when Superheroes went down in popularity and Horror comics went up in popularity. Yes, it is Harvey. Comics were published at times under other publisher entities for business reasons, but its actually Harvey. And 'thegraylensman' - Welcome!
