The art is signed Ray Willner, so there is no doubt about it. No mention of Reed Crandall, but maybe. The inside front cover art - Jousting - is truly spectacular. My thanks to the uploader.

I think I see evidence of Crandall's inking in there, but not being familiar with Ray Willner outside of these Robin Hoods, it's hard for me to tell for sure. There will be more opportunity to study it though. The rest of the series is scanned and will be posted before the end of the year.

NotesWe originally had both Ray Willner and Reed Crandall on both pencils and inks, but Martin O'Hearn points out that the layouts are distinctively Crandall's so he was the penciler, and the inks do not resemble Crandall's known inks of the same time period so they must be Willner's. Signed by Ray Willner only. This may indicate that Crandall was ghosting the pencils for Willner.
