| Notes | CAPTAIN ATOM 21 by Arthur Mather was published by Atlas Publications in November 1949 (estimated). (Mather took over writing duties with #13, when Jack Baillieu turned his writing skills to other work.) In this issue, Captain Atom takes on a new super-villain known as the Weatherman. A new back-up feature, TWO-GUN FARRELL AND CHIANG by John Welle (Jack Baillieu) and Arthur Mather, debuts but quickly disappears (presumably because of Baillieu’s other interests).
