NotesPromoting 1985's unsuccessful Oregon Ballot Measure #1 to create a sales tax to fund education. An elderly gentleman enlivens everyone's vacation by endlessly discussing economics. One of the most tiresome and pedantic comics I have ever seen. Note: an envelope insert has glued itself to page 12 but you aren't missing much. :]

It finishes on a cliffhanger! How do they vote?? (Though it does tell us in the notes). I wonder why they decided to do it as a comic book? Probably more appealing than reading a big printed document, but not the most riveting thing to have on the coffee table.
