I'm pretty sure this is Frisky Animals 57 or 58, but neither is indexed in GCD

here is the 1st splash page

It was Frisky Animals # 57, which is all reprints of Frisky Fables Stories from the early 1940s, when the latter title was published by Novelty Press.
