Yes, it's down.  I just updated the DCM status topic here.

The problem is known and we're working towards a fix but I have no idea how long this might take.

Meanwhile I hacked together a new 'offline' banner for the Facebook page.
Eric William's banner from 2014 for us has been very helpful the last few months.

Fingers crossed this is temporary.
