This is quite odd. the 'additional information' box lists the first 18 pages but no more. There are 147 Pages, some missing and most appear to be from other comics. A very very early SJG story among them.

The additional information is GCD, which means no one indexed it.

The only page actually missing is the Inside back cover.

This was Fox. The book is simply repackaged single comics, minus the cover wraps. The story pages that are "missing" were simply where Fox started the story on the IFC, hence was lost when that was removed to make this giant book.
